Sweet and spicy combine in this tantalizing medicated Thai salad.

Myrcene is a chemical element in both mangoes and marijuana, which is why these two are a good flavor match.  Urban legend has it that if you eat mangoes about 20  minutes before smoking it will intesify the high.  We can’t say we’ve personally noticed this, but mangoes and marijuana usually do make a good culinary flavor match-up.

Marijuana Recipes - Thai Mango Salad
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix together ginger, cilantro, lime juice and lime zest, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and cannabis infused oil.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine chile, mangos, cucumber, bell pepper and onion. Toss dressing over salad ingredients to coat evenly and divide between two plates, serve.
