Marijuana Recipes: Avocado, Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Cucumber, Tomato, and Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tomato large, diced
  • 1 cucumber small, peeled and diced
  • 1 avocado medium, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons cannabis infused oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place tomato, cucumber, avocado, and onion in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon or lime juice, hot sauce, cannabis oil and salt and pepper. Pour dressing or veggies and toss gently to coat. Divide between 2 serving dishes and serve immediately.

Thai Mango Salad - Marijuana Recipes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon ginger fresh, grated
  • 1/4 cup cilantro fresh, chopped
  • zest from 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cannabis infused oil preferably olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 jalapeno or serrano chile seeded and minced
  • 2 mangoes medium, rip, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber large, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper yellow, orange, or red, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion peeled and thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together ginger, cilantro, lime juice and lime zest, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and cannabis infused oil.
  • In a separate bowl, combine chile, mangos, cucumber, bell pepper and onion. Toss dressing over salad ingredients to coat evenly and divide between two plates, serve.

Cucumber Radish Salad - Marijuana Recipes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cucumbers sliced, Persian preferred
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced, white and green parts
  • 4 radishes large, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cannabis infused oil olive oil preferred
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a small bowl and toss to mix well. Divide salad between two plates and serve.
